Frame
Warranty is offer against defects in material and workmanship.
Fabrics
ESF fabrics are warranted against defects (cracking, peeling, separation, seam failure). This does not include cover or fading damage due to chemical after treatments. This warranty also does not cover damages made by spills such as wine, dyes, acids, corrosive chemicals, ink, paint or body fluids nor claims due to cuts, burns and pet damage.
Foam
It is normal for foams to soften and have from 2 cm to 4 cm impression. Loss of foam resiliency results from normal use and should not be confused with a defect.
Stitching
Warranty is offer on this product’s stitching under normal household use.
Springs
Warranty is offer on this product’s springs under normal household use.
Mechanisms
Warranty is offer on this product’s mechanism under functionality failure.
CARE AND CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Fabric, Polyurethane, Poly Vinyl Chloride General Care
- Vacuum with a soft upholstery attachment or brush regularity (at least once a month).
- Protect from direct sunlight, which may cause fading.
- Do not remove cushion or pillow casings for separate cleaning, as this may cause a slight color change in the fabric.
- Attend to spots as soon as possible, stains and spills should be removed immediately. Use a wet cloth with tepid water and mild soap. Be careful not to rub in and spread the stain.
- Do not use solvents, bleach or cleaners with high PH solution, as they will permanently discolor and/or damage leather and fabric.
CAUTION: Eastern Smart Furniture strongly recommends using the service of professional cleaners to take care of your furniture. Using an inadequate cleaning product, abuse, negligence, exposure to the sun, extreme heat or bright lights will void the product warranty.

This limited warranty is provided to the original owner, when purchased through an authorized Eastern Smart Furniture retailer. Proof of purchase must be provided, with purchase date clearly visible, in order to redeem your warranty. This warranty excludes transportation costs incurred for its repair or replacement.
